Bonjour Le Boulangerie meaning " Hello The Bakery" in English and owned by a baking lover and passion to having baking all the time.
'Bonjour' come from a very inspiration idea where I hope to bring happiness and warm greeting to everyone.
I mix and bake them just as you would in your own kitchen. That’s why they taste the way they do. Simply fabulous.
One of my favorite Chinese New Year Cookies - Almond Flakes. This time I have add on lots of black sesame, pumpkin seeds and sun flower seeds. Love all the nuts and crunchiness!
