To make an order, send me an email. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Ideally, 72 hours (3 days) notice is required for cakes and biscuits but some types of decoration may take longer. Our pastries are made fresh per order to ensure the quality and freshness of pastries.
We have been known to take orders at short notice though, and will always try to help where possible. As much notice as possible should be given for wedding orders, ideally 2-3 months.
A deposit or full payment are required once the order confirmed is set. Please wait for our full quotation and confirmation before making any payment. Account details will be given in the confirmation email. Via Maybank only.
NOTE: Please take note, if customer failed to make deposit / full payment by the given date (in confirmation email), your order will be considered unconfirmed and might be canceled if the day you selected is fully booked by other customer. Your order is only booked in our calender after you have made the requisite payment/s.
Delivery:
Pastries are only delivered in the vicinity of Sungai Buloh, Kota Damansara, Sri Damansara, Segambut, Kepong, Jalan Ipoh areas only. Delivery surcharge applies - RM 10.00.Amendment or Cancellation Of Order After Confirmation?
Kindly call or email us soonest possible. We will not charge any penalty if the cancellation is made no less than 24 hours before the date of delivery. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice would be subjected to a penalty of 50% of the product' price.
